Welcome to Stuff the Backpack, a community-powered back-to-school event hosted by 2Wins in partnership with Casks & Flights, and the Pensacola Lamplighters. This impactful day brings families, students, and local leaders together to equip 200+ youth with the supplies and support they need to start the school year strong. From free backpacks and school essentials to music, food, games, and resources, we’re packing the future with purpose, one student at a time.

Pensacola State College Charter Academy

The Pensacola State College Charter Academy is an A-rated public high school operated by Pensacola State College and sponsored by the Escambia County School District. Students in grades 9–12 who attend the Charter Academy can earn both a high school diploma and an Associate in Arts or Associate in Science degree at no cost. This includes tuition, books, technology, and even a free laptop for each student.

The Charter Academy offers a small, inclusive school environment with a maximum enrollment of 300 students, 75 seats per grade level, ensuring individualized attention and fostering both academic and personal growth. With a rigorous honors curriculum and a minimum GPA requirement of 3.0, the program is designed to help students succeed and prepare for future college or career opportunities.

How It Works

Pre-Registered Students
Receive a full backpack loaded with school supplies when registered in advance. Click Here to Register.

 

Walk-Up Students
Will receive a drawstring bag with limited supplies, while they last

Supply Stations & Checklist
Each student receives a checklist and collects one item per vendor by visiting each station

 

Earn Rewards
Once their checklist is complete, students can claim a free meal, bonus giveaways, and entry into raffles

 

Free to Attend
Open to all families — no cost to participate, just come ready to celebrate and support!

As a Stuff the Backpack vendor, you’re not just showing up, you’re showing out for your community. This is your chance to connect directly with hundreds of families, showcase your brand, and be part of a day full of purpose, positivity, and progress.

Whether you’re a local business, nonprofit, or service provider, your presence helps create a one-of-a-kind experience for students and families across Pensacola. It’s more than a table, it’s a touchpoint of hope, support, and community unity.

Stuff The Backpack Frequently Asked Questions

What’s included in the backpacks? Each pre-registered student will receive a backpack filled with essential supplies such as pencils, notebooks, folders, crayons, glue sticks, and more. Items may vary slightly by age/grade.

Is there a cost to attend? Nope — it’s 100% free! All supplies, food, games, and activities are provided at no cost to families.

What should we bring? Just bring your child (or children), and your confirmation email if you pre-registered. Dress comfortably — we’ll have outdoor activities, music, and lots of movement.

Can I volunteer at the event? Absolutely! We’re always looking for energetic, community-minded volunteers. Please email us at vadra@2wins-npo.com or sign up on the website to get involved.

Who can attend this event? All families are welcome! The event is free and open to students of all ages, especially those in need of school supplies for the upcoming school year. Registration is strongly urged, as those who are not registered cannot be guaranteed school supplies.

How do I register my child? You can pre-register your child online at StuffTheBackpack.org. This guarantees they’ll receive a full backpack and access to all event perks.

What happens if I don’t register in advance? Walk-up students are still welcome! While supplies last, they’ll receive a drawstring bag with basic supplies — but full backpacks are reserved for pre-registered students.
